Welcome to at77hh ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and at77hh, governing all access to and use of the at77hh website located at https://at77hh.cam, including all related services, content, features and functionality offered through the Platform.

at77hh is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform primarily serving users based in Pakistan, including users located in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. • "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process required by the Platform prior to processing withdrawals or at any point at the Platform's discretion.

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or bonuses held within them.

Upon registration, you are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials — including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access the Platform through your Account.

• You must notify at77hh immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• at77hh shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
• You must not use another User's account under any circumstances.
• Account credentials must not be transferred, sold or disclosed to any third party.

at77hh reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any stage. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address and/or proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested may result in account restriction.

When using the at77hh Platform, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations and to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive or illegal purpose, including money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, data-scraping tools or any other software to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity to create an account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or other obfuscation technology.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward Platform staff or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's technology.

All deposits and withdrawals processed through the at77hh Platform are subject to the following general terms. Specific conditions — including minimum and maximum transaction amounts, processing times and supported payment channels — are detailed in the Platform's payment information section and may be updated from time to time.

Certain Pakistan-market payment channels including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced on this Platform as familiar channels for Pakistani users. Their inclusion as payment references does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by these institutions, nor does it guarantee that these channels are currently supported for deposits or withdrawals. Users must verify current payment method availability directly with support before attempting a transaction.

• You may only deposit and withdraw funds using payment methods registered in your own name.
• at77hh reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Incomplete KYC may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds and applicable processing fees, if any, are outlined in the Platform's payment terms and may vary by payment method.
• at77hh is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including banking institutions or mobile money operators.
• Funds deposited must not originate from illegal activity. at77hh reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

From time to time, at77hh may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, referral credits and other incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible Users. All Bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time it is offered.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Users only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• All Bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiple is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where the specific promotion terms expressly permit cashout.
• at77hh reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If at77hh determines that a User has attempted to abuse a Bonus or circumvent bonus terms, it reserves the right to forfeit the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one Bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

All games available through the at77hh Platform operate in accordance with the rules and technical specifications provided by the relevant game studio or content provider. Users are responsible for understanding the rules applicable to any game before placing wagers.

• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages, where displayed, are theoretical long-term averages based on game design parameters and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, where applicable to the game type, or by live real-world events for sports betting markets.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects game outcomes, at77hh reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stake amounts. Winnings resulting from a clear technical error will not be honoured.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform Content without prior written consent from at77hh.
• The at77hh name, logo and brand marks are proprietary and may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.
• User-submitted content (if applicable) remains the User's property but grants at77hh a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute such content in connection with operating the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, at77hh, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activities conducted through the Platform.
• Losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors or inaccessibility.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses caused by third-party payment processor delays, errors or system failures.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform for any purpose other than general information and entertainment.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

at77hh reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other Platform policy.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other unlawful conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Use of the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Registration of a duplicate or multiple account.
• Abuse of bonus or promotional terms.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect that the User is under the applicable minimum age for gambling.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory requirement or law enforcement request.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any pending Wagering Requirements will be forfeited. Eligible real-money balances will be returned subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any fraud-related holds.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which at77hh is incorporated and/or licenced to operate, as detailed in the Platform's licensing information. • Minor corrections, formatting changes or clarifications that do not materially alter the substance of these Terms may be made at any time without specific notification.
